3D Printer Platform/Base

The EasySnap3d is an FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) 3D printer developed by Sensor Medica. Its function is to transform 3D digital models of insoles processed in CAD into physical insoles by depositing fused thermoplastic filaments layer by layer, with the help of Sensor Medica’s CAM software. The printer is designed by Sensor Medica to work specifically with SensorTECH 85A filaments, which are specially provided for insole production.

CONNECTION The 3D printer uses high-speed wireless connectivity via Wi-Fi for online printing and an old USB connection for offline printing. 3D PRINTING The software features an algorithm to print transition areas at varying densities, ensuring maximum foot comfort across different zones. FAST The device prints quickly depending on the shape, design, and density of the double-layered platform.
